Availability of services is contingent on weather conditions. We hold the right to adjust or cancel services at any given time.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Charter booking prerequisites:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Submission of complete and accurate information
  • Advance payment of the stipulated deposit as noted in your booking confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Reservation becomes confirmed on the successful processing of payment and issuing of our formal confirmation. Service can be declined at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters are scheduled based on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We endeavor to satisfy your requests for specific dates and timings as best we can.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and incorporate all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are susceptible to change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the charter, required at the time of booking
  • Remaining Balance: To be settled 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Incidental charges (if applicable): Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment handling is through secure and encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund minus processing fees
  • For cancellations made between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain deem weather conditions as unsafe, we offer the following options:

  • Reschedule the charter to another available date without any added fees
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling isn’t feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the rare event of mechanical failures with the designated vessel, we endeavor to arrange an adequate substitute. If this isn’t attainable, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are obliged to:

  • Adhere to all instructions provided by the crew
  • Use safety equipment as required
  • Inform of any health conditions that could impact their safety
  • Stay within the specified sections of the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

For the safety and experience of all, certain items are strictly forbidden on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or weapons
  • Unapproved pets

6.3 Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to end a charter prematurely with no refund if a guest's conduct is dangerous or compromises the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability extends only to the cost of your charter. We assume no responsibility for:

  • Injuries sustained due to personal negligence
  • Loss or damage of personal items
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays from weather or situations beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is in place for our vessels and operations. Guests are accountable for obtaining their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By partaking in our charter services, you acknowledge the risks associated with marine activities and accept responsibility for your personal safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Adjustments to itineraries, routes, and schedules may be necessary due to weather, safety, or operational needs. We aim to provide similar alternative arrangements wherever possible.

9. Force Majeure

Force majeure events, including but not confined to the following, absolve us from obligations pertaining to delays, cancellations, or adjustments:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Regulatory actions
  • Closures of ports
  • Mechanical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection
