When should I reserve my booking?
To secure a spot, it's advisable to book 2–3 weeks prior, and during high season (May–September) even earlier. For corporate gatherings and special occasions, reserve 4–6 weeks in advance for better availability and more time for personalization.
What is the protocol for inclement weather conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In cases where our captain determines unsafe weather, we will propose an alternative date for the rental or offer a complete refund. We will notify you 24 hours before your departure if the forecast is uncertain.
May I bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, you are free to bring your own refreshments. We also provide exceptional catering services with customizable menus. Please observe that for safety, glassware is not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with accessibility needs?
We aim to provide accessibility for all guests. While some vessels are better equipped for this than others, we can discuss and arrange the appropriate accommodations based on your requirements when booking.
What is your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations with over 72 hours notice before departure will obtain a full refund. Those cancelled within 24–72 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours before the rental are non-refundable, except when conditions such as weather or mechanical issues arise on our end.
